SushiSamba Rio Adds Roof Deck

The SushiSamba Rio location at 504 N. Wells is already working on a new third floor! As opposed to the lower two levels offering full dining, the third floor will be more of a lounge/bar. The ceiling will be constructed of fabric stretched tightly over white cylindrical beams. The walls will be entirely clear and capable of opening during nice weather, letting the breeze flow through the entire area. They expect the deck to be in use by mid-July.

Bally's Becomes Crunch

The former Bally's Gym, just North of the corner of Chicago/Orleans, is now a Crunch Gym. For details about this specific location, see Crunch's website.

New on the Scene --Sound Bar, Sushi Samba, Gallery 500

The River North area is again offering new drinking, dining and artistic experiences. Sound-Bar just opened on the corner of Franklin and Ontario. Its dance floors are rumored to reach their peak around 2:00a on the weekends. Despite sharing an address with the former Hudson Club, SushiSamba Rio has a style nothing like its predecessor. The newest gallery to our neighborhood, Gallery 500, just opened at 500 N. Wells. Be sure to check them our or visit one of their bi-monthly DJ-spun parties.

Rules and Regulations

The condo association Rules and Regulations were updated recently. Please be sure to check out any changes that might affect you or your unit. Keeping to these guidelines will make your life as comfortable as possible.

Also, a reminder that association board meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month. The locations change, but you can always visit the website or look for the bulletin board notice for details. As always, all unit owners are encouraged to attend the open meetings.
